dev2devs builds custom AI assistants, AI-enabled products and business automations. We begin with a specific task, the information it needs and the actions it is allowed to take. The result can be a customer assistant, a content tool or a workflow connected to your existing software.
An assistant, an agent or a simple automation?
An assistant can answer questions or prepare a draft. An agent may also use connected tools to complete an agreed task. A rule-based automation follows a predictable sequence, such as routing a submitted form. Not every repetitive task needs a language model. We choose the approach by looking at the inputs, exceptions and decisions in your actual workflow.
Useful starting points
A customer assistant could answer from an approved service guide and hand uncertain questions to your team. A content assistant could turn a product brief into drafts for review. An operations workflow could summarize incoming requests and prepare the next action. These are possible project directions, not claims that every example is already connected to your business.
From an idea to a controlled pilot
We map one task, identify its source information and agree what a good result looks like. Then we build a small version, test it against realistic questions and exceptions, and check when it should stop or ask a person. A connected action needs the right permissions and a clear owner. We define review steps before allowing the system to change records or contact customers.
AI product experience: Growo
Growo is our AI-assisted marketing product for businesses and marketing teams. It combines content creation with guidance about what to publish and how to approach it across web and mobile. You can explore the project story to understand the product. Our separate AI Lab uses labeled sample demonstrations to help explain possible workflows.
Plan the running costs and maintenance
An AI project can have model usage, hosting and integration costs as well as development work. The amount depends on usage, the tools connected and the review process. We discuss those dependencies during scoping. After launch, the assistant needs current source information, checks on output quality and a way for people to report errors.
