A mobile app makes sense when people return to book, manage something, receive updates or use information connected to their account. If the immediate goal is simply to explain an offer and receive inquiries, a website may be enough. We help define the core journey before adding screens and features.

Many products have two sides. In Qethu, customers discover barbers and book a time while shops manage appointments, staff and services. In MekAuto, drivers find workshops and keep vehicle records while workshops organize requests, jobs, bays and crews. Planning both sides helps avoid a polished customer app with an incomplete business workflow.
What an app project includes
The scope can cover product planning, screen design, development, accounts, data storage and integrations. We agree which parts belong in the first release. Different roles, notifications, payments, booking rules and offline use each introduce decisions that need to be tested. The web experience and business administration are considered alongside the phone screens.
Testing and launch preparation
We check the main journeys on the agreed platforms, including empty states, invalid inputs and failed connections. Launch preparation can include store assets and submission support. App-store approval is controlled by the platforms, so submission work and release timing need to be considered in the plan. Maintenance and updates are discussed before handover.
Bring a problem, even without a specification
You do not need a complete technical document to start. Describe who the app is for, the task it helps them finish and what currently makes that task difficult.
